Who Says The Law Can't Be Fun?

A Nebraska court just threw out a state senator's lawsuit against God. Sen. Ernie Chambers filed the suit against the Lord seeking to impose a permanent injunction to prevent God from committing any more acts of violence in the form of natural disasters. Judge Marlon Polk dismissed the lawsuit on the grounds that there was no evidence that the Almighty had been served, and further noted that "there can never be service effectuated on the named defendant."
